2009 Winter Dinner Meeting Announcement

The ASPB Mid-Atlantic-Section (MAS) will hold its annual WINTER DINNER MEETING on Friday, Feb. 6, 2009 from 6:00 pm -9:30 pm on the University of Maryland campus in College Park.

As last year, the meeting will be held at the Bioscience Research Building in the first floor seminar room (RM 1103). The meeting will feature a talk by ASPB president Dr. Sarah Assmann entitled "G proteins, guard cells, and ABA: a cellular conversation".

A reception with hors d'oeuvres and cash bar will start at 6:00 pm, a buffet dinner will start at 6:45 pm, and the seminar will start at 7:35 pm. The price is $15 for regular members and $6 for postdocs and students.
