2008 Spring Dinner Meeting Announcement

The annual spring meeting of the  Mid-Atlantic Section of the American Society of Plant Biologists (MAS-ASPB) to be held back to back with the Annual Minisymposium on Plant Biology on the University of Maryland College Park campus on Friday-Saturday, March 28-29 2008.

The MAS-ASPB meeting on Friday March 28 will primarily consist of talks by graduate students, undergraduates and postdocs. The Best Undergraduate and Best Graduate Student talk of the day will receive the Marsho Award, which provides an annual membership in ASPB and an annual subscription to Plant Cell or Plant Physiology!  Our keynote speaker on Friday March 28 will be Dr. Ralph Quatrano from Washington University, who will speak on "Physcomitrella: The system and genome to address plant functions".
