EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Executive Committee acts as the policy body of the Society and oversees the implementation of Society policy, approval of annual budgets, and management of the Society's affairs. The Constitution and By-Laws lists the Executive Committee as "having authority to act on all matters not reserved to the Society as a whole." In directing the administrative work of the Society, the Executive Committee therefore has the charge to see that it is done, but not to do it.
