What is ASPB Forums? ASPB forums is a place for online discussion of topics pertaining to plant biology research. ASPB forums is NOT a chat room or email listserv. It is ongoing online discussions that thread as each user posts a reply to the previous discussion. Users can request to receive emails to notify them of replies to a discussion they've posted.

Getting Started

1. FIRST REGISTER to use the forums. This is a different application and the password and memberid used to access other areas of the Web site will not work, you must REGISTER.
2. Once registered, you will see all of the topics available. There is a category of RESTRICTED topics that require passwords for access. Each of those areas has information on who to contact if you require access.
3. Visit the "Welcome Discussion" under the "General Discussions" category first to get further instructions and familiarize yourself with the software. We will develop the instructions as users provide feedback.
4. Select to "Start New Discussion" or "Reply to this Discussion" to participate.
5. To come back to the forums, LOGIN using the username and password you provided during registration. Forget your Login?

Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information even in the RESTRICTED! areas and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Those using RESTRICTED! discussions should remember that these are private. Please do not forward or share these discussions via email to those that do not have access. You would have been given a password for access to a RESTRICTED! discussion by an ASPB moderator.

Please maintain professionalism when using forums and remain on-topic. Please do not advertise within the forums. ASPB staff reserves the right to eliminate or modify discussions that are inappropriate or out-dated.
